London UXO Drone Survey

We recently completed a drone UXO survey in a central London park in an area that was bombed during WWII. The drone enabled access to the inaccessible mud area in the lake bed that would have been impossible with other methods.

The area for the construction works was flown using our MagDrone, a non intrusive detection tool. The data was then analysed by our geophysicist, using specialized software to identify potential UXO targets.

The use of drones for UXO surveys offeres several advantages over traditional methods. Drones can cover large areas quickly and efficiently, reducing the time and cost required for the survey. Also, the use of drones increases safety by reducing the need for personnel to be physically present in potentially hazardous areas.
